  • Inappropriate language
  • Disparaging comments about another person or business
  • Any comments that are meant to be sarcastic and/or do not add meaningful discussion to the learning environment of other learners and users.

Licensing Agency Requirements
It is users' responsibility to ensure that they course(s) or package(s) chosen, comply with any credit the user may need for pre-license, renewal or state licensing purposes. It is the users' responsibility to ensure they completes the required course(s) by any deadline they may have with any licensing agency.

Real Estate Courses
It is the users' responsibility to pick the appropriate courses to satisfy the users' licensing requirements. For instance - if the user is licensed by TREC, and is on the 1st renewal, the user may need 30-90 hours of SAE credit. Real Estate CE courses cannot be used for SAE credit and conversely SAE hours cannot be used for CE legal credit.

NMLS Mortgage Courses
It is the users' responsibility to pick the appropriate courses to satisfy the users' licensing requirements. For instance - users may NOT take the same NMLS renewal CE course number 2 consecutive years. In addition - some States occasionally require State Specific topics. Users agree to confirm the course meets the users' licensing requirements prior to purchase.

Licensing Agencies
Licensing agencies may, on occasion, change renewal and/or pre-licensing education requirements. 123CE Inc is not responsible for these regulatory changes. For instance, such regulatory changes may change the required type of education or number of educational hours needed for renewal or to get licensed.

Refund Policy
User understands that problems and connection issues can arise when operating computers and the internet. 123CE Inc will not be held responsible for any delays or charges due to technical difficulties. 123CE Inc will not refund tuition for partially completed courses or packages. 123CE Inc will not refund tuition for courses purchased that do not meet the individual user's needs, however, user may pick different courses with prior approval from 123CE Inc. Any questions about the amount of credit that a course is approved for, should be resolved before purchasing a course. Once purchasing a TREC CE Real Estate course, the user must complete the course(s) within 6 months (or by December 31st of the purchase year for NMLS CE Mortgage Courses). The user further understands and agrees that if the user disputes any or all the charges made to the credit card for services rendered, user agrees to pay an additional $35.00 administration fee.

Credit Card Authorization
Authorization hold is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions completed with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or the hold 'falls off'. In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy; in the case of credit cards, holds may last as long as 30 days, depending on the user's issuing bank. User agrees that 123CE Inc will not be held liable in any way for these holds or authorizations.

Issuing Course Credit
Credit will not be issued on any partially completed course. All portions of a course must be completed, including any required assignments. User will provide the user's license number to issue course credit to the regulatory licensing agency. If user provides the incorrect license number, user will not hold 123CE Inc liable for the user's mistake. If payment has not been secured, the user understands that completion notification and course credit will NOT be forwarded to the user, any licensing agency, or any other entity until funds have cleared both the user's account and the school's bank account.

The actual course completion date will be utilized when determining if the licensee completed the course before their license expiration date. For users waiting until their deadline to finish their courses, please be aware that the completion date and time of the course will be at minimum, the number of hours the course is approved for. Users will ensure they complete any renewal applications and pay fees with any state agency requiring the renewal (prior to their expiration date). 123CE Inc is not responsible if credit is posted late for the user's deadline in the event TREC/NMLS is not accepting credit posting, or the TREC/NMLS systems are non-functional.

TREC Real Estate Course Completion/Certificate
Once you have completed a TREC CE course, the course progress to the right will show 100%. At that time, you will be able to print a course completion certificate for your records.

We submit course completions electronically to TREC several times every day between the hours of 9:00am-9:00pm (central time), as long as the TREC systems are not down for maintenance. Do not wait until the last minute of any deadlines you may have to complete your course(s).

As we receive confirmation, we will also email you a copy of the course completion certificate. Spam blockers do sometimes block those automated emails. If you do not receive one and need a copy for your records, log in to the 123CE Inc website, and click on previously completed courses to print a copy. Reminder: if you purchased multiple courses, make sure to complete all courses. Once all your required courses have been processed by TREC, make sure to complete your renewal and pay your renewal fee.

NMLS Mortgage Course Completion/Certificate
Once you have completed an NMLS course, the course progress will show 100%. At that time, you will be able to print a course completion certificate for your records. 123CE Inc submits completions electronically to NMLS every day (between the hours of 9:00am-9:00pm (central time), as long as the NMLS systems are not down for maintenance. Do not wait until the last minute of any deadlines you may have to complete your course(s). As we receive confirmation that the course credit has been credit banked with NMLS, we will also email you a copy of that course completion certificate.

TREC CE Rules - CE Deferral Fee
Starting January 1, 2015, if your education is not posted with TREC and you try to renew your license and pay your renewal fee with TREC, you will be prompted to pay a $200 "deferral" fee.

How do you avoid this?

Complete your education early.

Warning:

Although TREC Rules allow school providers 10 days to issue credit, we submit CE credit electronically to TREC daily. This is the fastest way to get credit issued, but be advised, on a rare occasion, TREC's systems have been known to go down, sometimes for 24-48 hours. This can involve weekends. If this occurs, it may not be possible for any providers to issue your credit until TREC's systems are back up and running. This means it may not be posted in time with TREC to avoid paying the $200 deferral fee if you wait until your expiration date to complete your education. It is your responsibility to ensure you complete your education early enough to allow TREC's processing time for your course credit.

Suggestion:

To avoid all this, complete your education early. You are advised to complete your required renewal education at least 5 days prior to your expiration date and then pay your renewal fee with TREC. If you have questions concerning this TREC Rule, please call us for assistance.

In short, by posting personal information online that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

Security
123CE Inc takes every precaution to protect its users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line. When the 123CE Inc registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as the 123CE Inc order form, the lock icon on the bottom or top of Web browsers such as Google Chrome becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'. While 123CE Inc uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, it also does everything in its power to protect user-information off-line. All of its users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in its offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. 123CE Inc employees must use password-protected computers to gain access to user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up to date on security and privacy practices. If users have any questions about the security at the 123CE Inc website, users can send an email by clicking Contact at the bottom of the 123CE Inc website.
